Wellington College Academy Trust (the Trust) is a charitable company governed by its Board of Trustees (also known as Directors). Its constitution (also known as the Articles of Association) is guarded by its Members.
The Trust is often referred to as a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT because its Board has entered into Funding Agreements (contracts) with the Secretary of State for Education to provide funding for more than one academy: Wellington Primary Academy and The Wellington Academy.
